Devonte was great. He showed us the initial homes we asked to see and then added options to our list (one of which we bought). We landed on the perfect house and sought to close quickly (within a month). This was quite the process, but with Devonte’s help we got it all taken care of. My wife and I are very fortunate to have worked with Devonte. Highly recommend!

Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Walking houses with him was easy and he was able to immediately point out any causes of concern that we wouldn't have thought of. Devonte was there every step of the way and more, not only did he do some amazing negotiation to help our offer get accepted, but he continued to communicate with the sellers for the repairs needed and connected us with contractors! He checked in every time we got new documents from the lenders and made sure I understood the paperwork from the real-estate side.
