We have purchased and sold several homes and Devonte Harris is simply the best agent we have ever worked with. Given the time he invested in us during the process of finding and buying a home in Edmond, his service and work ethic are worth expanding upon. First, we live in Dallas and had only weekends available to see homes. He was very responsive to our calls, texts and emails and his willingness to work with our schedule was a huge help. When we looked at homes, it was typically in blocks of 8-12 in a row and he was on the phone as necessary scheduling the next showings as we went. This made our viewings extremely efficient. Second, I would describe Devonte as not only an Agent, but an Advocate. We ended up preparing a series of offers. Someone else beat us to our first choice home by an hour or so, but the second one offer was on the heels of the first. We ended up under contract on the second home by the next day. The home inspection turned up the usual minor items, with the exception of some hail damage to the roof. Devonte was instrumental in negotiating with the sellers agent exactly how to remedy the issue so that we could close before the roof was complete yet be protected financially should the seller's insurance company deny the seller's claim. He was also working on our behalf throughout the process in several other regards. Third, I have been most impressed with Devonte's service after the sale. We have now closed and moved into the new home. Financially, all transactions are complete, yet Devonte is still in contact with us providing scheduling of the roof repairs. Our stay in Edmond will only be 4-5 years and I will undoubtedly reach out to Devonte Harris when it comes time to list the house for sale.

Devonte was great. We loved that he didn’t push us or seem like he was just trying to make money. He is personable and very knowledgeable about the field. He took the time to get to know us and what kind of home we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and always responded back very quick!
